Once you have placed an order with KT STONE, including the payment of a deposit, and subsequently decide to cancel the project, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may have concerns about this policy. Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully consider your order before finalizing it.

Exceptions to the Policy:

In certain situations, we may consider providing partial refunds. These exceptions include cases where an item is returned in a condition that is not its original state, has been damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons beyond our control or responsibility.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving your returned item, we will conduct a thorough inspection to assess its condition. Subsequently, we will promptly send you an email to confirm the receipt of the item and provide notification of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds:

In the event that you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking your bank account first to ensure that the refund has not been processed. If you have done so and the refund is still not reflected, we suggest contacting your credit card company or financial institution, as there may be a processing delay on their end.

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for items purchased during sale periods or promotional events.
